Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping will take up to 5 business days after order has been processed. FedEx ground service will be used unless otherwise requested. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

Contact customer service ( help@greenbeautylabs.co) within 3 days of receipt to report any damage. You must also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.


SHIPMENT REFUSALS

Please arrange to be available to accept your shipments. If an order is returned to Green Beauty Labs because it was refused or no one was available to receive it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee. If the order is re-shipped, freight charges will be applied. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.
