Refund policy

Returns must be made within 3 days of the purchase date and must include an authorization form and label issued by our Customer Service Department. Products must be in original and saleable condition, unused, and unlabeled. Custom decorated products and samples cannot be returned.

A 25% restocking fee will apply.
